Green Cupcakes

Green because they were cheap to make and green because, well they're green. I love holidays, especially ones like St. Patricks's Day that give you an excuse to dye all your food and beverages a different color without people giving you the stink eye. I am so excited that St. Patty's day is on a Saturday this year and that I am in a new place to celebrate it!

I used funfetti mix because it's my favorite and I don't bake from scratch unless I want to have a mental breakdown. 

 A sprinkle of leprechaun dust...

I made about 18 of these yesterday and they're pretty much gone. I guess this is what happens when you share a home with with two teenagers. Sigh. I hope everyone has a wonderfully green weekend and don't get too crazy with all the green beer sloshing around! I know I will!
